Yesterday twas officially the fourth week of non-smokingness! Yay! So far it hasn't been that bad. Even when mum went into hospital for her op and I normally would've had one...or ten...or twenty I managed to avoid skulking into the nearest newsagents or petrol station. Cravings haven't been that bad either. Apart from Thursday evening, got no idea why but suddenly at about...11pm I was desperate for one. I had to talk myself out of walking up to Tesco! How pathetic is that?! Well I won, so maybe it's not that bad...
